Hi Bill,

Thank you so much for everything you did to make our wedding day such a huge success. We absolutely enjoyed every minute! Please do feel free to use us as a reference, as we were beyond pleased with the services you provided.

In terms of things we would have done differently, it's very hard to come up with anything. We were incredibly satisfied with all of our vendors and felt that the whole event went even better than we had imagined. Our only advice to others would be to have someone like Fran, our wedding coordinator, to help bring everything together on the wedding day. It made a huge difference in terms of logistics and our overall stress levels, and really helped to enable us to relax and enjoy the wedding.

Again, thank you for all your time and effort on our behalf. We thoroughly enjoyed working with you and would happily do so again in the future!

I absolutely want to be one of your references, I cannot say enough good things about you. You were wonderful and we had the best time. Everyone is still talking about the party. I would also recommend Twin Ponds to anyone. They were great and the food was terrific and the place looked great. We should get pictures soon from Allan and I am guessing they will be great. My only concern with Allan is that he doesn't do a flat rate for photos so I am afraid for others that he could get very expensive. Fall 2009 Birthday Party, Stanley Theater Lobby, Utica New York

Elvis was a disappointment. He should have been there an hour earlier. My philosophy, if you're the employee, you jump through hoops. The food was delicious. More lamb chops and polenta cakes, less asparagus and grape filled leaves. The cake and coffee situation/serving was a little confusing. I think it would have been better to set up another table for dessert, coffee etc. on your end of the first floor. The music was great. Acoustically, as you mentioned, not the best place for you. Next time, for you, I think "speakers" on the entrance side would have provided more uniformity in sound. I appreciate your willingness to defer requests to me. Sometimes these occasions provide an opportunity for all frustrated actors/resses to take center stage and or/ demand their favorite genre of music. My timing was way off, but that was my fault, (and Elvis). Yes please, and at any time, I will be happy to recommend you HIGHLY. I attended a huge wedding Saturday at the Casino. The DJ did a good job at announcements and getting the people to get up and move. The song selection was awful. Take care, blessings to you. Patty

Hi Bill,

Well the dust has settled and Chris and I are still talking about our wedding day. You were the best!! We are still getting compliments on the music and how you DJ-ed the wedding. It was perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. Your assistant was great. He really made things go smoothly as we were getting in line to walk down the aisle. I'm not sure what we would have done without him.

The wedding reception and the music was grand! You did everything we wanted and you kept on our schedule! It really was the best wedding I've ever been to...although I may have some bias! :)

Chris and I would be more than happy to be references for you. You are so organized and you took charge...you are great at what you do! My parents 50th anniversary is coming up, so I may contact you again, if they'll let us give them a party.

Summer 2009 Wedding Reception, Harts Hill Whitesboro New York

Bill,

I have told my mom time and time again that the best thing we did was choose you to be our DJ. We were extremely happy with how everything went. Adam's brother was thrilled that you played MOE and my cousin was equally impressed stating, "This is the only wedding I've ever been to that played MOE". Everyone had a wonderful time, especially my father as you might have guessed. Thank you for playing his favorite song, not just once but twice. It was very memorable.

The only advice I would pass on to other brides is to not use Tuxedo Junction for the tuxes. We had some problems with tuxes not fitting properly hours before the wedding. Although things ultimately worked out, we were less than pleased with the customer service. I would not recommend them to future brides.

However, I would definitely recommend you!! Please feel free to use me as a reference. You and your assistant did a terrific job the night of the wedding and I cannot thank you enough for your guidance throughout the wedding planning process. It was a pleasure working with you.

I am sorry it took so long to reply to your email, we have been very busy. April and I would not have changed a thing, well except for maybe the humidity in the air so the cake could have stayed longer but we cant control that. The food was great, the photographer was amazing, flowers were gorgeous, and you were out of this world. Everyone I spoke to since the reception said you were amazing, and we feel the same way. I will definitely be contacting you if any future parties are coming up, in our book you are the best. April and I would like to THANK YOU for making our reception such a great time. Good Morning Bill

I had such a great time. you were so amazing. the selection of songs were great and you just helped make the most important day of my life perfect. Everyone there commented on how professional you were and how great the music was. Everyone, including myself were extremely impressed with your services. You helped us feel as comfortable as possible and very organized. As for anything that i would have changed, despite the weather situation, i think that everything went very well.

At first the venue wasn't what we all had in mind, but it turned out a lot better than i expected. And the only thing i was disappointed in was the photographer. Everyone complained that she was a little... how do i put this nicely... rude. Yes she is a professional and she does take WONDERFUL pictures, but she just had an attitude and didn't really fit in well with the craziness and spontaneity of our family. So that situation is a toss... she is a great photographer, i just wish that
she had the attitude that goes along with it. I would be more than honored to be a reference for you. (crying as i type this) Nicks sister Nicole is thinking about getting married now at the casino (she lives in V.A. so shes still not sure where she wants to get married) but if she does do it locally, she said that she would hire you in a heart beat. Everyone fell in love with ya bill! lol I forgot your assistants name im so sorry, but he was a HUGE help as well. Hes great! You're the best and I cant say thank you enough. You deff. had two happy customers. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! and im going to keep you in mind for any other events that happen in the future and im going to recommend you to everyone i know. OoO and thank you for the pictures!!! hell i should have had you do our photography as well.. you're pretty good with that camera. haha. Thank you so much for the picture and your quick email. We just got back from our honeymoon and are catching up on things. Everything from our day was great. All the vendors were great and you definitely kept everything going just like you said. I have heard nothing but good things about everything from the reception so thank you! The only thing that we would change is we would have had a 5 hour reception instead of 4 simply because it flew by. We barely got to see everyone and I think I danced a total of 2 songs that weren't special songs. But other than that everything was great. Thanks again! Thanks for the pic-it was the first one we have seen since the big event. When did you have time to click a camera?!! Haha. I hope the crowd wasn't too much to handle for you & your crew. Hi Bill,

Thank you very much for doing a wonderful job at our wedding. Dave and I had a lot of fun and are very happy with the way things turned out. I'm not sure if I would do anything differently, however, I think there are questions I would have asked earlier before I hired a vendor. The venue did a nice job, however, I was not happy with the management. Other then waiting until 4 days before let us know what time we could get into the room, I didn't like how I was just another number and they didn't seem to really care about my concerns.

I have not received my proofs from my photographer, but I would have ask her more questions when we hired her. Her work is definitely wonderful but I would have like to know that she uses a step stool during the reception.

I wish I had a more "hidden" photographer. I had never met her assistant until the day of the wedding and I think that if talked more about what I excepted from him and her then some of the issues would not have happened.

Those were really the only two issues that made the day a little stressful. If you need a reference I would be more then happy to be one. You did a wonderful job and the day ran beautifully. I really appreciated all the concern and attention to detail. We could not have asked for a better DJ. Thanks again for the all the personal touches.

The music was absolutely wonderful, and you sure do have a way of bringing everyone out onto the dance floor which was very important to us. You were everything I expected and much more!! For other vendors: Augustine the Driver @ Avanti-Adanis (?sp) was wonderful!

The Gallery was perfect for any kind of wedding invitations, favor tags, etc Fast and wonderful "Arlene" is a good contact there.

MeMe's is great for gowns and dresses! Vitullo's for tux just fine!

The Village Florist is A #1 just beautiful flowers, Marilyn is very sweet and helpful!

Maria Tucci is great for ladies hair up do's! She came in just for us on Sun!

(Name withheld set note below)  -the videographer was very good, xxxx  the photographer seemed ok, felt he did not jump in there fast enough and missed some shots that were important. Hopefully what he did get will be good.

(Name withheld set note below): food & service very good. Was upset that xxxx  lost table arrangement cards that were personalized and I spent a lot of time & effort planning seating arrangement. Upsetting to learn @ the last min. that they lost them and xxxx  tried to blame me. Also charged for the bottle of wine for my in-laws had won for the longest married couple and never gave it to us. Husband just got off phone with xxxx  and he is going to give us the bottle of wine plus two bottles of champagne.

Desserts beyond the ordinary Simply delicious cakes and pastries! Beautifully done and delivered promptly!

Dear DJ Bill T,

I would like to offer my sincere apologies for not getting back to you sooner. I greatly appreciated all of your help. I meant to be able to get back to you much sooner. We were very busy after the benefit and did not have internet access while in Florida.

The therapy was very successful! Lorelei is now starting to eat by mouth again for the first time in about three years. She is much happier and healthier. Thank you again for all of your help.

Yes, you can use us a referral. You made our day special and everyone said they had a great time. I wanted the night to last forever, the time just passed to quickly....I told Jimmy I want to repeat the wedding next year, it was that special to us.

My advice for brides and grooms is to relax more and savor the moment and not worry so much about the small things... We went out and bought a runner for the church and never used it... I realized after the wedding that it was still in the car...... Also, I loved the Manfredos and the photos were beautiful, the only regret I have is I wish we had hired a videographer...

My wedding reception was last night at the Hotel Utica. Although the hotel somehow managed to make mess up after mess up, the DJ was amazing. He really saved my day. I don't know what I would have done without him. He calmed me down, made me feel at ease....and did anything and everything I wanted, imaged, asked for...and for that matter even didn't ask for. He is really able to read the crowd and determine what music to play in order to keep people dancing. I had such a great time working with him. Hello Bill (And Brian)

Thank you for checking with me about the outcome of our Oktoberfest. The music you prepared in advance and the manner in which Brian mixed the event were both excellent. The music was very appropriate and Brian did a great job. He was also very helpful with our drawings and the technical aspect of getting the electronic keyboard we needed for the singing group hooked up and operating correctly. Like any event, we might make some minor changes next year, but your services worked out great and we will contact you as soon as we have a date picked out for next year.

Thank you again, for the attention and professional manner in which you booked our event, prepared for it, and as always your concern that all went well. I guess the best compliment, for both you and Brian with regard to this event is that as the chairperson, even with the possible technical confusion that could have cropped up concerning the keyboard, I had no need to even speak with Brian until our first drawing. He handled everything, and I cannot remember hearing or not hearing anything that concerned me whatsoever. The event, which we hope was the first annual, was a grand success.

your friendly face at exactly the time you said you would be there.  You were very calming (thank you).  The sound check was just what I needed to
help relax.  After the ceremony, you handled everything so well, and played everything I wanted.  I feel a little guilty, actually, that I didn't float around much
with my guests.  I wanted to dance.  But I think everyone had a great time. I looked over at you once and it looked like you were having a good time as
well.  You weren't lying when you told me that you really enjoy what you do.  It's obvious, and appreciated.  Thanks again.  I will definitely recommend your services to others.  I feel very lucky to have found you, especially on such short notice.  Just like with everything else falling into place, it really must have been meant for you to be at my wedding.

The dollar dance was nice because it gave me a chance to talk to the guests (which you absolutely have no time to do) but it also sucks up a lot of time. I wouldn't have changed a thing though.

Well the dust has finally settled and I just wanted to thank you and Rick for an outstanding job at our ceremony/reception.  You were excellent and just what we wanted.  Thank you for a great job with the music during the ceremony and then during the reception.  Everyone said the music was great to dance to .  KUDOS to you both!!  We will certainly pass along your name to anyone looking for a professional and excellent DJ.

You get our recommendation for anyone looking for DJ services. Donna and I were both very pleased with the way you controlled the event and kept things on schedule. The reaction of the guests said the rest - they danced and had a ball. The kids called from Barbados Sunday afternoon and are enjoying their honeymoon. I just hope all the hurricanes pass them by.
