Thank you so much for the picture and your quick email. We just got back from our honeymoon and are catching up on things. Everything from our day was great. All the vendors were great and you definitely kept everything going just like you said. I have heard nothing but good things about everything from the reception so thank you! The only thing that we would change is we would have had a 5 hour reception instead of 4 simply because it flew by. We barely got to see everyone and I think I danced a total of 2 songs that weren't special songs. But other than that everything was great. Thanks again! My only suggestion to future brides & grooms is that 4hrs of your services may not be long enough. They should definitely consider a longer reception. Otherwise it was FANTASTIC!!! I would hire you for any event that I needed a DJ. Thanks for making time for my friend Kim to sing to me. That meant more to me than you know. Thanks for the pic-it was the first one we have seen since the big event. When did you have time to click a camera?!! Haha. I hope the crowd wasn't too much to handle for you & your crew. They can be a little crazy at times. I know for sure everyone enjoyed your services-many compliments. A job well done.

Hi Bill,

Thank you very much for doing a wonderful job at our wedding. Dave and I had a lot of fun and are very happy with the way things turned out. I'm not sure if I would do anything differently, however, I think there are questions I would have asked earlier before I hired a vendor. The venue did a nice job, however, I was not happy with the management. Other then waiting until 4 days before let us know what time we could get into the room, I didn't like how I was just another number and they didn't seem to really care about my concerns.

I have not received my proofs from my photographer, but I would have ask her more questions when we hired her. Her work is definitely wonderful but I would have like to know that she uses a step stool during the reception.

I wish I had a more "hidden" photographer. I had never met her assistant until the day of the wedding and I think that if talked more about what I excepted from him and her then some of the issues would not have happened.

Those were really the only two issues that made the day a little stressful. If you need a reference I would be more then happy to be one. You did a wonderful job and the day ran beautifully. I really appreciated all the concern and attention to detail. We could not have asked for a better DJ. Thanks again for the all the personal touches.

Bill...........First, let me thank you for a great night last night! As Shaena's dad, there were things that i could only hope would go off without a hitch when it came to the wedding/reception. One thing that i knew i did not have to worry about, was that her dj/mc would not be professional, efficient, and still have fun!! That's why i suggested you. I know you were a bit disturbed by the electrical problems, which I don't blame you...........but it was our of your control.............and we zoomed right over that. Shaena expressed to me both last night, and again this morning her complete satisfaction with you, and your efforts.

I just wanted to tell you that I have never had such a wonderful time in my life. The music was absolutely wonderful, and you sure do have a way of bringing everyone out onto the dance floor which was very important to us. You were everything I expected and much more!! For other vendors: Augustine the Driver @ Avanti-Adanis (?sp) was wonderful!

The Gallery was perfect for any kind of wedding invitations, favor tags, etc Fast and wonderful "Arlene" is a good contact there.

MeMe's is great for gowns and dresses! Vitullo's for tux just fine!

The Village Florist is A #1 just beautiful flowers, Marilyn is very sweet and helpful!

Maria Tucci is great for ladies hair up do's! She came in just for us on Sun!

(Name withheld set note below)  -the videographer was very good, xxxx  the photographer seemed ok, felt he did not jump in there fast enough and missed some shots that were important. Hopefully what he did get will be good.

(Name withheld set note below): food & service very good. Was upset that xxxx  lost table arrangement cards that were personalized and I spent a lot of time & effort planning seating arrangement. Upsetting to learn @ the last min. that they lost them and xxxx  tried to blame me. Also charged for the bottle of wine for my in-laws had won for the longest married couple and never gave it to us. Husband just got off phone with xxxx  and he is going to give us the bottle of wine plus two bottles of champagne.

Desserts beyond the ordinary Simply delicious cakes and pastries! Beautifully done and delivered promptly!

Yes, you can use us a referral. You made our day special and everyone said they had a great time. I wanted the night to last forever, the time just passed to quickly....I told Jimmy I want to repeat the wedding next year, it was that special to us.

My advice for brides and grooms is to relax more and savor the moment and not worry so much about the small things... We went out and bought a runner for the church and never used it... I realized after the wedding that it was still in the car...... Also, I loved the Manfredos and the photos were beautiful, the only regret I have is I wish we had hired a videographer...

My wedding reception was last night at the Hotel Utica. Although the hotel somehow managed to make mess up after mess up, the DJ was amazing. He really saved my day. I don't know what I would have done without him. He calmed me down, made me feel at ease....and did anything and everything I wanted, imaged, asked for...and for that matter even didn't ask for. I plan to review everything else when I get back....but a GLOWING recommendation for Bill T. I will also add more on him later. He is really able to read the crowd and determine what music to play in order to keep people dancing. I had such a great time working with him. He kept to our timetable and made sure everything was happening when it needed to. Dear Bill,

 

Thank you so much for helping make our wedding reception a truly special event.

 

First, you went out of your way to accommodate our last-minute scheduling changes.  We know this took a lot of "behind-the-scenes" work on your part, and that meant a lot!

 

Second, we can't say enough about the actual event.  Your equipment and work style carried the utmost professionalism - and what a song library!  You were there every step of the way, and you went out of your way to be sure Karen and I were getting exactly what we wanted.  Somehow, you managed to be one step away at all times, but never in the way - a true gift.  And as the truest testament of all, our family and friends have not stopped talking about it yet.

Matt and I would like to thank you for the absolutely wonderful job you did for our son's wedding last night.  Words cannot express how wonderful you made this special occasion for us.  We could not have chosen a better person and "COORDINATOR" for the reception and entertainment.

Our ultimate goal in planning this wedding for our son and daughter-in-law was to make the evening an elegant and special occasion, not only for the newlyweds, but also for our guests. You played an integral part in making our dream come true.  Matt would like to personally thank you for your special attention in helping him with the many details that were so important to him.

Everyone was very happy with the party.  My sister was on cloud nine when I talked to her.  She said that they all had the best time and I could tell my her voice that she was very, very happy. And they were very impressed with you and how you handled everything.  Thank you!

I tried to make it.  Went to the airport at 4AM to catch the flight and was told that I could get to Chicago on Friday but all flights to Syracuse were cancelled until Saturday (due to the Terrorist Attacks).
