Here is a page dedicated to some of the definitions and abbreviations on this web site.

  • = A completed date. For example in 2005 DJ Bill T did 209 = 209 events

  • C Hold = Courtesy Hold. This means there is a 50/50 chance the date is booked This is something we often do for our corporate clients and our booking agents. Often corporate clients will ask us back for their next annual event shortly after we complete the first event. Because it can take weeks for a corporate client to make their final decisions on a date / time, we "pencil" them in for the dates they would like us to hold. A "C Hold" date is technically still open, so do not hesitate to contact us if you see "C Hold" on a date you would like to book us for. If this is the case, I will contact the person who has the date on hold and tell them we have another event that we are going to book on that same date, and I will give them 24 hours to let me know if they want to book the date, or give it up. "C Hold" can also apply to a date that is on hold for 24-48 hrs as a wedding or private party client decides if they want to book us or not. This is a common practice for us, this gives you time to think it over before giving us the go ahead to book your event. Our booking agents often put a 14 day C Hold on a date as they process their paperwork.

  • Conf = Confirmed. Your signed contract and deposit have been received. Your date is officially booked. No other engagements will be accepted on this date. We generally only provide services for one event per day. We want to give you our undivided attention whenever possible.

  • Expired = A signed contract and deposit have not been received with the 14 days from the time it was issued. We will be contacting the client shortly to find out if there has been a change in plans, and if this date should be posted as open again. Check back often for updates.

  • P = Private Event. Also a completed Private Event.  For example in 2005 DJ Bill T did P56 = 56 private events

  • Pend. = Pending. Your contract has been issued for this event and we are waiting for the signed contract and deposit to be returned. You will have 10 business days after you have received the contract to return it to us with your deposit.

  • Proc. = Processing. Your contract is being composed and will be sent out shortly. This process normally takes 24-48 hours from the time the client has given us a verbal or email commitment to book the event.
